Well...there's a combined total of over 60 years of pharmacy experience shared between the owners of this company. In that time, we've seen a few things. We have managed employees, day to day operations, marketing teams, directed pharmacy openings, mergers, and closings, and overseen more than a hundred million dollars in pharmacy sales. There's more than a little bit of dust on these tires.

Very good question! Sadly...there is no very good answer. Every pharmacy is different and what works for one, doesn't necessarily work for another. Our plan, our process, is to evalute your pharmacy individually and create a unique plan of attack. We don't want to turn you into something you are not. We're just looking for a way to help you excel at what you do!
